Micro-stations Aerobic treatment System

What you should know!

If your home is located on-site sanitation area, you must equip it to an individual installation of wastewater treatment.

SPANC (public service of sewerage) or inter-communal public service shall check individual installations during their commissioning and then periodically. It also controls systematically all existing installations.

For new construction or rehabilitation project, you are required to ensure the design and funding of your installation in accordance with regulations and SPANC service regulation.

You are responsible for the proper execution of the work and you have free choice of the designer and the company in charge of the work.

It must provide the user guide that allows you to maintain and service your system.

You will have to pay the SPANC a sanitation fee, the amount is set by the municipality or community of municipalities.

If you rent, your landlord may, for expenses, you pass the periodic inspection fee.

Sewage micro-stations have the following benefits (depending on model):

  • Tanks insensitive to corrosion
  • System easy to adjust
  • Easy installation thanks to low weight
  • Easy positioning: monoblock system up to 20 EH
  • More efficient purification, little mud production
  • Low energy consumption by air pump low consomation
  • Little maintenance. There are no small parts that need to be cleaned or can block the operation
  • No activator required for starting and during operation.

We offer many individual treatment systems from 2 to 50 Eq. H (equivalent Lives), beyond, check out our semi-collective treatment stations Mini category.

Warning: Before you install a wastewater treatment plant, a study will be carried out by our engineer hydrogeologist in relation to our design office!

Before starting the installation, here are the points we vérifirons (not exhaustive):

  • Choose some remote location of the building where the station can easily receive all wastewater to be treated (except rain water and swimming pool water).
  • Check the depth of the sewage pipe before ordering the installation.
  • Check whether the standard collars are large enough to reach the level of the finished floor.
  • Check that there are no abnormal amount of water in the soil (high water table).
  • Place the least deeply as possible treatment plant.
  • Placing suppresseurs.micro installing treatment plant

Suppressor should be placed:

  • In a dry and well-ventilated (to frost).
A maximum of 15 m from the vessel.
  • It is possible to place a special box (optional) in which the pump can be installed close to the microphone station.
  • This box protects the pump from the weather.
The ideal solution if unable to place the pump in a nearby micro station building. Moreover, thanks to the box, your pump is well accessible for inspection work.
